Got a pedicure here last week.. and my feet still look good! I've yet to see any chippage, and the polish is nice and glossy. The nails tech was meticulous and really friendly. From the places I've been to, they usually don't spend so much time and detail on pedis, but she was detailed. Most importantly, the place was clean and from the looks of it, she didn't violate any sanitary codes. If you're into nails art, I think they do a lot of that here because they had lots of samples of different designs. High school students and new clients get a good discount and be sure to check out their website to print out some good deals. I got $5 off my pedicure.. and they even took a pic of my feet cuz it came out so nice! Oh, and bring your own nails file or they charge you.. I ALWAYS forget this!
Seriously, how could Tara be SO great at nail art?? I have gorgeous nails art on my fingers and toes that pictures do NOT do justice for. I love this salon so much. I definitely make it a necessary stop in all of my visits to the Portland area.

I have been going to get my nails done by Tara for over 3 years and I am always very happy with how they look. Tara always listens to how I want my nails to look and always makes them fantastic! William has been cutting/coloring my hair for about the same amount of time and I am always so excited to show off my cut and color! I am never disappointed when I leave!

William is the stylist to see for a haircut! He does a fantastic job making what you want from your hairstyle come to life. William pays close attention to the details ( e.g. he makes sure my haircut will look good with or without my glasses) and I'm always more than satisfied with my cut. Need a haircut? Live in Beaverton? See William!!
William is the best stylist I have ever been to. He takes his time, and always makes sure every hair is in the right place, and at the right length before I leave. This is a family run salon, and William and Tara are wonderful people. I won't go anywhere else as long as I live in Portland.

I was already a devoted nails customer when I realized they had very affordable prices for permanent hair straightening. I've always had curly hair - not loose, big curls, but tight curls that tend to get a little frizzy in the rain & humidity. Of course, I had been using a flat iron, but it took so much time & bad weather could undo my efforts. I spoke with William, who explained the process, time involved & results and it sounded too good to be true, but after a few weeks of thinking about it, I decided to give it a try. Within a few hours my hair was silky, soft & shiny and absolutely straight. I love it! I can use a dryer or air dry & it still looks the same. It's shinier than my hair ever been & completely effortless. It is totally unaffected by the weather. I have had the roots touched up as it grows out, but 6 months later, I'm as happy with it as I was the day it was straightened. I've never been happier with my hair and I highly recommend William. The prices are certainly lower than other salons, but the quality of Williams work is as good as those more expensive salons.
William is amazing! William has always given my husband and me outstanding cuts. He is meticulous and innovative, and he is fun to talk to as well. If you are looking for a laid-back environment, reasonable prices, and a skilled stylist, this place is for you!
I've been wearing nails for close to 20 years. I'm very fussy about the nail size, shape and performance. It has to be thin, naturally shaped and hard as a rock (I'm clumsy). 3 months ago, after trying to go natural and realizing I'm not a nature girl, I walked in on impulse and they seated me right away. The nails were beautiful. I've been in shops where I've paid $40 or more for a good initial set and they only charged me $20 - and the nails really are the best I've seen - exactly what I wanted. Fills are only $15, and every time I have walked out with exactly right nails.
I am a project manager and often spend all day hammering on my keyboard. Not a chip - nails are perfect every time through to the next fill. That and I love going out to customer sites and having people tell me they love my hands. My hands aren't great, but the nails make them look fantastic. Okay, yes, I love this place.
Pros: professional, underpriced, very customer centered
Cons: none-easy to get appointments and they have extensive hours (open in evenings)

I have been getting my nails done for years and went from salon to salon until I found GlamourStyles. Now I don't go anywhere else. They really know how to treat their customers? right and make them feel like a welcome friend more than a customer. They know me by name and always have time to attend to me. They know my likes and I never have to remind them. In all the years I have been getting my nails done I have never received service like I get at GlamourStyles. Plus, they give quality work every time. I would recommend them to everyone. Once the friendly people at GlamourStyles take care of you, you'll never go anywhere else. It's true one-on-one sevice.

They greet you with a smile and are always helpful in making the right decisions in whatever you are choosing to have done. I'm always telling my friends about GlamourStyles and what a great job they do for me with my nails. When you visit be willing to express your wants and needs so you get the full experience and are happy with their work.
William is the only hair stylist I know of that will give you your moneys worth. I am very picky about my hair and the way it has to be cut, he has spent alot of time and effort into my satisfaction... he doesn't rush and in the end... I am always happy. William kindness and care for the customer keeps me coming back whenever I need a beauty service.
This is a full service salon. It was easy to make an appointment and the stylist was on time. I got a great haircut at a reasonable price. They were professional and friendly.

Very reasonable waxing services - ten dollars for eyebrows and the owner does a GREAT job. Quick, clean, and good prices.
